Capitalized terms not defined herein will have the meanings given to them in our Terms of Use.

This Privacy Policy tells you about your privacy rights and sets out how we collect, use, process and disclose your personal information relating to your interactions on our Site and Services. We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time by publishing the updated version on the Site and will notify you by updating the “Last Updated” date above. 1.   WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT AND WHEN?

We only collect and use personal information for the purposes set out in this policy.

Specifically, we collect:

A. Information you submit to us

Account Information: When you sign up for an account, we will collect your name, email address, phone number, physical address, username and password (which may be auto-generated), and any other information you choose to provide.

Email Address: When you submit your email address, we may send you updates about your account, marketing updates if you have given your consent, and other relevant content. You may unsubscribe from marketing content by using the unsubscribe option at the bottom of the relevant email.

User Content: You may submit User Content (as defined in the Terms of Use) that contains personal information, such as when you make an offer on a Listed Item, communicate with a counterparty, list a Listed Item, or communicate with us via the help function. We encourage you to only submit personal information to us in designated fields; we are not responsible for and do not monitor User Content for personal information.

Payment Information: When you pay for a Listed Item, we or our third party payment processor will use your Payment Information to complete the transaction you request and collect our fee, if applicable.

If you do not provide us with your personal information, we may not be able to provide you with our Services or respond to any questions or requests you submit to us via our Site. Please note: If you submit details to us of any other person (e.g. a friend), please make sure you have their permission before doing so.

B. Information we collect about you

Purchase Information: When you purchase a Listed Item, we collect the time and date of purchase, the items purchased, and any relevant delivery information.

Site Information: When you use the Site or Services, we will collect what you search for, view, click on and access in and through the Site, including in our marketing emails and text messages (SMS or MMS). We may collect the time and geographic location of your device when you do so. This information may also include where you came to the Site from, and where you went when you left it. We also track how often you visit and use the Site. We do this through the use of email and Site cookies.

Technical Information: Includes the device(s) you use to access the Site, relevant IP address, operating system, and version, web browser and version, and geographic location.

We do not collect any sensitive personal information about you. This includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data. Do not submit sensitive personal information to the Site; if you do by accident, please contact us to have it removed.

3.  SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION

All supplied payment information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway provider’s database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your payment information will not be stored on our servers.
