If your equipment arrives in a condition not represented by the listing, you can file a complaint by going to the listing (Dashboard > Purchases > Listing) and clicking “file a complaint”. Once Equipped receives the complaint, we will make a best efforts attempt to mediate between yourself and the seller. We will not release funds to the seller until a reasonable attempt has been made to reconcile the situation.
