About the Equipment

A fully operational R&D system/package, including growing racks, lights, HVAC system, irrigation system and operational software. In addition to all build-in sensors, there's also a set of handheld sensors included: (1) Hanna water instrument for pH, EC, water temp., DO level, etc., (2) UPRtek 200N spectrometer, and (3) Testo sensor set to measure air temperature, humidity and speed. Optional to include a wide variety of lab equipment, including but not limited to fertilizers, scales, professional pipettes, work protection clothes and glasses, and a portable photo studio. Also set of spare parts included with spare LEDs, irrigation system- and HVAC parts. Size: 4 growing shelves of 6m2 growing area each. Possible to take out layers if desired, to create increase space between layers for growing bigger crops. Irrigation: Fully automatic hydroponic irrigation system. 4 dosing channels + pumps, option to increase to 9. Dynamic LEDs: possible to create own lighting recipes by setting blue, green, red and far-red light levels (up to 300 umol/m2/s). HVAC: newest Revomax system from climate factory, including 15 air socks (readjustable). The system is originally build by Intelligent Growth Solutions (IGS), a big vertical farm system supplier from Scotland. It's a small version of their commercial size growth towers. This system was customized for a 3-year R&D project in Norway, which has currently ended.
